                               RESOLUTION NO. 20897
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
                 RETAIN THE CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES OF
                 COMQUEST AND TO INCUR OTHER REASONABLE AND
                 NECESSARY EXPENSES WITH RESPECT TO PENDING
                 LITIGATION CONCERNING THE STORMWATER ORDINANCE.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Attorney be and is hereby
       authorized to retain the consulting engineering services of
       ComQuest and to incur other reasonable and necessary expenses 
with
       respect to pending litigation concerning the Stormwater 
Ordinance.
